Integration for your systems
Your systems exchange their data by themselves.
What it is about
Integration means your existing programs are connected to each other, such as accounting, the payment provider or ticketing. Today someone often copies figures by hand from one program to the next, sometimes via an Excel list. Once the programs are connected, every detail is entered only once and is then correct everywhere.
- For whom and where
- In the programs you already have: accounting, payment provider, ticketing, newsletter or analytics.
- What it does
- We connect them to your applications and the portal. Invoices, payments and bookings land in the right place by themselves.
- What you gain
- Your programs stay. Nobody retypes anything, and the Excel lists in between disappear.
For example
- Invoices and fees straight into accounting and ERP
- Payments in the portal post themselves
- Bookings from ticketing arrive by themselves
- Newsletter sending always has the current addresses
- Analytics, for example in Power BI, with current figures
Paid on the portal, booked in the accounts.
Example: Membership fee · bexio
